2. Shortlisting and Initiating Contact:
3. During this subscription period a member shall be entitled to avail all the services of halba marriage
4. The halba marriage staff shall call/email the member once in a week (as per the convenience of the Member) and shall pass on all the lead and give updates
5. Halba marriage is authorized to login to your Times Assisted Matrimony Profile as he/she works on your behalf to initiate contact with other members
6. For any requests or queries the member can write an email or call the halba marriage during their working hours for assistance. halba marriage office will be available between 9:30am-6:00pm/monday to sunday
7. Acceptance of members expressed interest is wholly and solely at the discretion of the members. Halba marriage staff shall not coerce or insist a member to accept your interest even if you are very keen on the person
8. Halba marriage staff shall assist you in fixing up a meeting with a prospect if both parties are willing. Members needs to take due precautionary measures at your cost.
9. Confidential-Private information will not be disclosed unless the member approves the same via email
10. The halba marriage may change due to reasons beyond Company's Control, though the Company would try and keep a single staff throughout the period of membership
11. To avoid any miscommunication/ misrepresentation, there should be only one point of contact from the member's side with the staff and the name and details of such one point of contact should be conveyed to the company while accepting Times Assisted Matrimony membership itself
12. Times Assisted Matrimony membership will expire once you have found a partner on or outside Times Assisted Matrimony platform
13. Simply -Marry will entertain all the complaints and requests during paid membership duration. For any complaints received after the membership is over, Halbamarriage is not liable for the amount paid by you.
